• Overall Description of the Role
  • Binnerri church in Dallas is seeking for a part/half time children's pastor for elementary department.  It's currently from 1st to 5th grades but this might change to have less grades.

  • Binnerri church is a presbyterian church located in Richardson TX
  • We have about 50 students currently attending weekly

• Responsibilities
  • To prepare and provide Sunday sermon
  • Work with staff and volunteers
  • Plan and organize elementary activities
  • Yearly teacher's training
  • We estimate it will require about 15-20 hours per week
  • Maintain roster
  • Provide monthly report (template is provided)
  • Sermon needs to be provided in English for the most part
  • Being able to speak Korean also is preferred

• Requirement
• Must be a servant of God who can put the needs of children before self
• Must have prior experience of serving in children's ministry
• Must be able to speak English fluently
• Prefer speaking Korean
• Must be able to work in USA
• Must be either currently attending or graduated from a seminary school

• 빛내리 교회 초등부 사역자 청빙
  • 텍사스 달라스에 위치한 빛내리 교회는, 1학년부터 5학년으로 구성된 약 50명의 아이들을 함께 섬겨주실 초등부 파트/하프 타임 사역자님을 찾고 있습니다. (사역자님의 경력과 사역 가능성에 따라 파트타임, 하프타임 등으로 조절 가능함을 알려드립니다.)

• 사역에 대한 책임 및 활동사항
  • 주일학교 설교 준비
  • 언어
    • 설교는 주로 영어로 하셔야함
    • 전체적인 커뮤니케이션(교육 사역자들과의 소통, 부모님들과 소통 등)위해 한국말도 어느정도 구사하실 수 있으셔야 함
  • 초등부 선생님들, 발룬티어들과 잘 연합하여 사역 함
  • 초등부에 관한 전체적인 것들을 조율하고 행사들을 계획 (달, 절기, 일년 계획, 여름성경학교 등)
  • 초등부 선생님들 관리 및 초등부 교사 훈련 리드(일년에 한번 정도)
  • 사역 시간은 한 주에 대략 15-20 시간으로 함
  • 매달 초등부 사역 보고(양식이 제공 됨)

• 사역자의 청빙 조건
  • 하나님의 종으로 부르심에 대한 확신
  • 허가된 신학대학교 졸업자 및 학업을 진행 하고 있는 분
  • 아이들을 사랑하고, 또 사랑으로 섬길 수 있는 마음
  • 영어를 유창하게 구사하는 것을 원함
  • 한국어도 어느정도 소통 가능 해야 함
  • 미국에서 합법적으로 일할 수 있는 상황
